Next to the newlyweds, our food is the star of the show. We are pleased to create a menu that’s completely original, just like your wedding day. Where possible, we use local, sustainable cuisine, and can create anything from customized canapés for an engagement party, to an elegant sit-down dinner for hundreds.
We have an excellent team of professional chefs, culinary artists, master synchronizers, charcoal magicians, event coordinators and service personnel who embrace every opportunity to provide you with the best possible experience. We offer a variety of catering services, from pick-ups to drop-offs to fully-catered buffet-style meals. Whether your wedding is at a community hall, a hotel, wedding venue or your backyard, we are committed to helping you put all the details in place to deliver a flawless execution of your dream wedding.

Stress-free, we do it all! Elegant or casual, we will travel to your destination, set up all of our serving equipment, serve your meal buffet-style, and do all the clean-up. We offer significant attention to detail and timing as well as clear communication with all members of your team.

Absolutely! Although chicken is our best seller and staff favourite, we also offer wings, farmer’s sausage, baby back pork ribs, sliced pork, pork loin, shaved beef, striploin, and don’t forget about our AAA+ prime rib!

No. We leave this specialty item to your expert backyard smokers! Our meat is just as smoky and delicious - give it a try!

No. However, we prepare many fabulous in-house desserts and collaborate with local bakeries to meet the needs of your sweet tooth!

No. However, we make every effort to accommodate all dietary restrictions and minimize cross-contamination.

We highly recommend visiting our retail outlet from May to October to get our immersive Pineridge food experience. Outside of our regular hours, you can purchase our frozen fully cooked meats from D&D Variety in Hensall and Merchant 6 in Exeter.

We generally ask for a minimum of 30 people. Talk to us about your needs to see how we can best accommodate them.

We will provide you with a range of quality disposables (plates, cutlery kits, serving utensils), or stainless steel serving utensils and pans for a fee additional to your food. We also provide tables and tablecloths for serving our meals buffet-style. Should you need other items for your event, we can work with our local suppliers to help meet your needs.
